Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns
• Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers must contact us before sending any item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used fragrances, jewelry, and other personal-use products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
